Hey there, all you fabulous folks aged 65 and over. Grab your tambourines and get ready for some free Music Therapy Sessions featuring the amazing Venus Kwong. These sessions are part of the Young at Heart program, and they've got all the good stuff: group singing that'll have you feeling like a rock star, drumming that gets those brain cells dancing, and fun activities that help you connect with others while probably sharing a few good laughs too.

Don't worry if you can't carry a tune in a bucket or if you've never touched a drum before. This is all about having a grand ol' time, expressing yourself, and mixing with some lovely people. So, leave your musical qualifications at home, come as you are, and get ready to enjoy some music magic. Just a heads up, you'll need to register online because spots are limited, and no one wants to miss out on this fun party. You've got a few chances to join us on Wednesdays in November and early December at The Cottage Day Centre in Darling Point. See you there for some groovy vibes!
