Come along to an interesting chat with the remarkable Wiradjuri artist Karla Dickens, as she sits down with curator Daniel Mudie Cunningham to dive into her latest exhibition, Rise and Fall. This installation is not just a feast for the eyes; it's a thought-provoking look at climate disaster through a First Nations lens. Inspired by the floods that wreaked havoc in Karla's hometown of Lismore back in February 2022, Rise and Fall mixes sculpture, photography, and video in a way that's bound to get you thinking—or at least pondering while sipping your afternoon coffee.
