If you're in or around the Eastern Suburbs and fancy a bit of fantastical escapism, swing by the Bondi Pavilion on 9 February 2025. As part of the Bondi Latin Fiesta, they're screening *Pan's Labyrinth*, a delightful combination of whimsy and nightmares that's probably not suitable for your little ones—unless you want them to wonder why they suddenly feel a bit more gloomy about the world. Rated MA15+, this is a film that should definitely come with a side of responsible adult supervision for anyone under 15.

The screening takes place in the Seagull Room on Level 1, where you can enjoy Guillermo del Toro's masterpiece with a bunch of other folks who appreciate a good mix of fairy tales and spine-tingling darkness. Walk-ins are more than welcome, but with limited space, it's probably wise to register for your spot unless you enjoy standing at the back, craning your neck like an awkward flamingo. So grab your popcorn—or whatever snack makes your heart sing—and join in for a night of cinematic adventure. Remember, it kicks off at 7:30 pm and runs till 9:30 pm, just in case you need to pencil it into your packed social calendar.
