If your phone's camera roll is currently a mysterious collection of blurry thumbs and accidental sky shots, this might be for you. Come along and delve into the mysterious arts of getting a decent shot, making it look even better, keeping it organised, and even printing it out. Yes, actual photos you can hold. We run these workshops outdoors, in nature, so you can pretend you are an intrepid nature photographer, even if your subject is just a particularly interesting gum leaf or a brazen ibis. It is a fairly friendly crowd and you will even get a bit of ongoing support afterwards. We are not just taking your fiver and running.

Whether your camera roll is bursting with blurry pets, slightly off-kilter travel snaps, or surprisingly artistic photos of your dinner, this will help sort you out. No matter your current photographic prowess, or lack thereof, you are welcome. Pop on down to the Randwick Sustainability Hub and get those creative juices flowing. You might even meet some other keen snappers there. It will set you back a mere five dollars. Just be sure to book your spot via Humanitix, because we do not have an infinite number of chairs. It is on Saturday 12 July 2025, from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Randwick Sustainability Hub, 27 Munda St, Randwick.
