Kids aged eight to twelve can dive into a workshop where science meets doodling and crafting, guided by boffins from the ARC Centre of Excellence for Innovations in Peptide and Protein Science. Expect to mess around with cells and peptides via sketches, collages, sculptures and cheeky card games that yank lab stuff into a playful space.

The group will figure out how minuscule building blocks team up to create Australias plants and critters, all through art and games that simplify the brain-benders. Its free, so snag a spot on Eventbrite.
