DJ Maurizio is back at Kalyx to do what he does best, which is spin records that make you move in ways you forgot you could. It is the fourth installment of Disco Funk & Boogie Night, an evening that promises more funk than a forgotten box of 1970s records found in your dad's garage. If you have ever wanted to pretend you are in a roller rink without the risk of falling over, this is your chance. The Hustle is the name of the night, and yes, you should have your best walking, gliding, or awkward shuffling moves ready.

The whole thing happens on Saturday 27 June 2026, starting at 9 pm, at Kalyx Lounge Bar and Club on 123 Avoca Street in Randwick. Tickets are 18 bucks for general admission, or 15 if you are a student, and you can book through Humanitix. It is within driving distance of most of the eastern suburbs, and if you miss it you will have to wait until volume five, which might never happen because nobody can count that high.
