Driving Change is a national summit where the screen industries, advertising and disability advocates get together to talk about employment for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people, both on screen and behind the scenes. Think practical conversations, a few uncomfortable truths, less corporate speak and more focus on who actually gets hired and who gets credited.

The program looks at policy, production, attitudes and storytelling, bringing people from advocacy, casting, production and creative roles into the same room to work out real solutions. It runs from Tuesday 25 November to Thursday 27 November 2025, opening with an evening session on 25 November from 6.30pm to 8.30pm and continuing with full days on 26 and 27 November from 9am to 6pm. The venue is the Seagull Room at Bondi Pavilion, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Bondi Beach NSW 2026. Tickets start at $250.
