If you've ever wondered what lurks beneath Sydney Harbour's waves, aside from the occasional lost flip flop, this school holiday session for kids eight and up with their families is your low key chance to find out. Woollahra Council is chatting with scientists from the Sydney Institute of Marine Science's Project Restore about the harbour's quirky marine residents and how locals are giving the ecosystem a helping hand.

It's free and runs on Wednesday 15 April 2026 from 10:30 am to noon at Watsons Bay Library on 8 Marine Parade, Watsons Bay 2030. Register via Eventbrite to snag a spot.
