The Holdsworth Playgroup Family Fun Day is back, this time with a sprinkling of farm animals, a dash of face painting and a very real Santa who's apparently fine with sand in his beard. Expect a morning that feels like a school fair that went off the rails in the best possible way – there will be themed craft stations for the kids who love glue, a few musical interludes for the adults who need a break, and enough giggles to keep the neighbours guessing what's happening at the Holdsworth house.

All of this is open from ten to twelve on Thursday 4 December 2025 and the entry fee is $30 for a family pass that covers every activity. The venue is Holdsworth, 64 Holdsworth Street, Woollahra, right in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs. Bring the kids, bring the curiosity and maybe a spare pair of socks – you'll probably need them after meeting the goats.
