Teens aged 13 to 18, theres a chill gaming lounge happening at Woollahra Library in Double Bay on Thursday 8 January 2026 from 1pm to 3pm. Whether youre a pro gamer who lives for those clutch moments or just someone whod rather mash buttons than stare at homework, swing by to test the shiny new Switch 2 on Mario Kart World and Mario Party Jamboree, relive the chaos of Super Smash Bros Ultimate on the old Switch, or get lost in VR with Beat Saber and 3D painting on Meta Quest. PS5 and Oculus setups are in the mix too, plus whatever else they rustle up, all for a laidback holiday escape where you can level up or just pretend to.

Its free, naturally, but register on Eventbrite so they dont leave you queuing like its a Black Friday sale. Spot is 451 New South Head Road number 1, Double Bay, 2028, right in the Eastern Suburbs.
