Head down to Woollahra Library in Double Bay with a mate or two for some low-key board game action during Games Month. It's all happening in the Youth Space on Level 2, where they've got a shelf loaded with games just begging to be grabbed and played whenever you fancy. No bookings needed, just show up and dive in on those Tuesdays from 3 pm to 5:30 pm on the 11th, 18th, or 25th of November 2025.

Pick from the old reliables like Chess, Scrabble, or Monopoly if you're feeling nostalgic, or level up with newer hits such as Settlers of Catan, Wingspan, Azul, and Pandemic. Feeling strategic? Give Terraforming Mars, 7 Wonders, Splendor, or Avalon a go, though fair warning, they might turn you into a backstabbing board game pro. For lighter laughs, there's Sushi Go, Yum Cha, or the gloriously chaotic Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza. And if you're up for a proper quest, the Dungeons and Dragons Starter and Essentials Kits are there to kick off your RPG saga. It's all free, naturally.
