Think of this as a practical, slightly playful session where you learn how to turn half-formed ideas into pieces that actually land in a room. Word Travels runs an APS Wordshop that covers spoken word craft and performance — voice, rhythm, stage presence and how to make a crowd stop scrolling for two minutes — with plenty of hands-on exercises and awkwardly useful feedback.

Bring something you've been tinkering with or start from scratch and see what sticks. The vibe is supportive, experimental and low on pretence, so you can try out ridiculous metaphors or finally finish that stubborn stanza. The workshop is free and you can register on Eventbrite.
